At SyncCloud AI, we treat your company data with military-grade security. When you use our Multi-Cloud Sync and AI Orchestration, our neural engines process file metadata (names, timestamps, directory structures) to automate workflows. We do not store sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) or private file contents persistently unless explicitly instructed for backup or VPS storage.

We never train public AI models on your private data. Any custom LLM fine-tuning performed on Professional or Enterprise plans is strictly isolated within your organization's private virtual private cloud (VPC) tenancy. Your proprietary workflows and prompts remain 100% confidential.

All data transferred across our network is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Our Enterprise VPN and Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) operate under a verifiable Zero-Log policy—meaning we never track, monitor, or log your team's browsing activities or IP traffic routing.

Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you retain full ownership and control over your data. You have the absolute right to:

• Right to Access & Export: Download a complete archive of your stored files, databases, and sync logs at any time.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request total deletion of your account, cloud hosting files, and VPS snapshots with a single click.
